Updated IACUC Meeting Dates and Policy on AUF Submission Deadlines

The IACUC has changed the date for submission of new Animal Use Forms (AUF) to the first Thursday of the month. This was done because of the large volume of new AUFs and the need for the additional week to facilitate the review process at the monthly IACUC meetings to hopefully improve approval time.  The new dates which coincide with the monthly IACUC meetings will be posted on the IACUC website: http://www.iacuc.msu.edu/

Starting January 1, 2006 the IACUC will meet on the first Thursday of the month and Animal Use Forms from the Principal Investigator (PI) will be due 3 weeks prior to the monthly meeting for consideration that month. Note that every effort will be made to review new AUFs in a timely fashion, but in order to ensure a full review of a new protocol by the monthly meeting, you must submit a completed protocol form by the deadline dates indicated below:
